Return & Exchange Policy

For all Return and Exchange requests, please write to us at support@pehchaanindia.in

7-Day Window : All exchange/return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery (including delivery day).

Eligible for Exchange

  • Size issues
  • Wrong product received

Free exchange with no extra charges, and reverse pickup will be arranged.

Price Difference

If the new product is of higher value, the difference must be paid online.

Product Condition

Must be unused, unwashed, with original tags/stickers intact, properly folded and packed.
Failing this → Exchange/return will not be processed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in genuine defective product cases.

Email support@pehchaanindia.in with:

  • Order details
  • Issue description
  • Clear product images

Exceptional Returns

If approved (non-defective cases), ₹100 will be deducted as reverse pickup fee.

Refund Processing

Refund will be issued to the original payment method or provided bank account.

Important Notes

  • Slight colour/design variations are normal → No return/refund
  • If damage is caused due to customer handling, no refund will be provided
  • Do not accept damaged packages at delivery

Restrictions

  • Only one exchange/return request per order
  • Used or washed products are not eligible
  • Sale/Discounted items are non-refundable
  • Size issues → Exchange only (No Refund)

Rights Reserved

We reserve the right to refuse requests if the product does not meet eligibility criteria.
